My name is Jackie and I was born and live on the Isle Of Wight. As a child and typical tomboy I would go and hunt for lizards, slow worms and grass snakes but my parents weren't keen on them so naturally I could never keep any. Since becoming an adult I have kept several types of snakes for the past 35yrs but the Royal Python has proven to be my favorite especially since the different morphs now available.
I am extremely proud of my ever growing collection so hence the reason I created this website and with the aid of the internet I am able to share my hobby with like minded people. If you like my website and maybe learn something from it then that's a bonus.
I am not a bedroom business out to earn a quick buck but due to my hard work and dedication surplus snakes are put up for sale from time to time.
Isle Of Wight Royal Morphs can now be found on Facebook, like to receive all the latest updates.
This news article about me made it on TV, Radio and newspapers around the country back in 1989 before Indian Pythons were an endangered species. I didn't know what all the fuss was about myself but the Daily Star made it a short and sweet interesting read and the only paper that got the story correct was the Independent.
The IOWCP printed the story front page 1989, ten years later 1999 and just last week 24th Oct 2014 as a looking back in time, 25yrs.
